Cela me donne l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;utiliser la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0drizzle\u00a0\u00bb, qui permet d&rsquo;augmenter la r\u00e9solution (les d\u00e9tails) de l&rsquo;image finale si les images empil\u00e9e sont toutes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u00e9cal\u00e9es les unes par rapport aux autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je copie-colle une d\u00e9finition qui me semble plut\u00f4t claire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;algorithme drizzle r\u00e9alise une addition optimale des images en terme de r\u00e9solution spatiale. Le principe utilis\u00e9 est qu&rsquo;\u00e0 une \u00e9chelle inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la taille du pixel, le d\u00e9calage entre les images d&rsquo;une s\u00e9quence peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme al\u00e9atoirement distribu\u00e9. Par exemple, une \u00e9toile dans la premi\u00e8re image peut \u00eatre centr\u00e9e exactement au milieu d&rsquo;un pixel, alors que dans la seconde image elle peut se retrouv\u00e9e \u00e0 cheval sur deux pixels adjacents. A partir du moment o\u00f9 le d\u00e9calage entre les images est connu \u00e0 une fraction de pixel pr\u00e8s, il est possible de produire une image finale dans une grille plus fine que celle des images de d\u00e9part, avec une am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9solution. La r\u00e9solution est en fait am\u00e9lior\u00e9e uniquement si les images de d\u00e9part sont sous-\u00e9chantillonn\u00e9es ou \u00e0 la limite du sous \u00e9chantillonnage (voir plus loin). Dans les fait, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie des pixels des images de d\u00e9part est projeter dans une image d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e ayant des pixels plus fins. Cette \u00e9nergie est saupoudr\u00e9e en tenant compte du d\u00e9calage fractionnaire entre image, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 le nom de drizzle donn\u00e9 \u00e0 cet algorithme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le drizzle est adapt\u00e9 uniquement aux images sous-\u00e9chantillonn\u00e9es ou proches de l&rsquo;\u00eatre. Une image est sous \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9es si la largeur \u00e0 mi-hauteur des \u00e9toiles est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2 pixels. Ce cas se rencontre si la taille des pixels est trop importante par rapport \u00e0 la distance focale du t\u00e9lescope (le but recherch\u00e9 est souvent ici un grand champ de vue). Il faut aussi bien sur que l&rsquo;optique produise en elle-m\u00eame des images tr\u00e8s piqu\u00e9es, tr\u00e8s fines, exempte d&rsquo;aberrations majeures. Certains tr\u00e8s bon r\u00e9fracteur ou optiques photographiques sont capables de produire de telles images. Le drizzling fonctionne encore si la largeur \u00e0 mi-hauteur d\u00e9passe le seuil de sous-\u00e9chantillonnage, par exemple avec un FWHM de 2,5 pixels, mais le gain en r\u00e9solution diminue vite. L&rsquo;inconv\u00e9nient de cette m\u00e9thode, c&rsquo;est que la taille des images est doubl\u00e9e (si on fait un \u00ab\u00a0drizzle x2\u00a0\u00bb). Il faut avoir beaucoup d&rsquo;espace disque sur le PC avec des centaines d&rsquo;images \u00e0 traiter. Et le temps de traitement est \u00e9galement beaucoup plus long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 le script SIRIL existant <em>OSC_Preprocessing_BayerDrizzle.ssf<\/em>, en rempla\u00e7ant -scale=1.0 par -scale=<strong>2<\/strong>.0 pour avoir une r\u00e9solution finale double.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\"
